Dave Schumaker tipped us off to some really amazing photos that Tristan Savatier shot in 2005 of the graffiti covered Public Health Service Hospital (PHSH) in Presidio of San Francisco which has been abandoned since 1988. Here’s the full gallery of photos, including background info on the hospital.

According to The Presidio Trust website, the current plans for the hospital are to rehabilitate and reuse buildings within the 42-acre PHSH district, including adding residential uses to some of the property.
